Child Soldiering Around the World:                             Betty Williams, Nobel Laureate

Williams is a Nobel Laureate from Northern Ireland.  She is head of Global Children's Foundation, an organization dedicated to the protection of children at risk in war, conflict, and poverty.  Williams was invited to speak in Indianapolis about the tragedy of child soldiering around the world.
